Martin with a cheaper truck earns about €5.36/km or €3,691/day. That’s slightly higher than Robert that earns €5.19/km or €3,629/day. Martin’s truck also traveled slightly farther with a total distance of 8,840 km compared to Robert with 8,827 km. However, it’s safe to say that both drivers are identical in terms of the overall
The last 5 hired drivers got trucks with a slightly bumped up engine as I had the money laying around. #2. margalus Oct 8, 2013 @ 1:44pm. trucks make absolutely no difference in their performance. Get them the absolute cheapest truck you can. #3. Nono54Fr Oct 8, 2013 @ 1:44pm. Originally posted by roggek:

To make more money off the extra drivers, set them to level up on the Long Distance element rather than anything. That way they will get the longer, more profitable loads to carry. Just remember to keep an eye on the progress every once in a while and readjust the drivers profile to level up on a different category. 3.
What else, I din't find it hard to expand with the ridiculously generous payouts for jobs, actually I never hired a single driver for my TMP profiles where I have all the garages, every truck and trailer I want, except Promods, where I have 2 or 3 drivers and garages, but I don't use that much. I just like to drive not build an empire.
No, upgrading your hired drivers truck doesn't affect anything. So for the start take the cheapest truck, strip it completely to save money. They're level increasing works the same as yours. After jobs you get XP and this way you will level up every now and then. So do your drivers, the higher level they become, the more they going to earn for you.
rDe3K. They've been working for a while now, I've leveled them up correctly, and yet still they make barely any money. One makes 2 eur per km and 600 a day, and my other driver makes 70 cents per km and 400 eur a day (and HE'S the more experienced one by far). Am I doing something wrong? Sure, I gave them cheap trucks, but that shouldn't make a diference.
2: Drivers depending on their long-distance skill apparently prefer to take freight that is as far away from their hometown as possible. Furthermore: If you have all current map DLCs and own a garage in all cities, you can not get enough drivers to place 2 drivers in all garages. #3. The Pitts Jan 2, 2021 @ 4:39am.
i have over 30 employees ranging from the lowerst to highest and the same for trucks. there is a difference in the employee performance due to the type of truck they are driving. certain cargo requires a type of truck to carry out a job therefore impacting employee performance. #3. margalus Sep 20, 2013 @ 4:53pm.
Serious, since its AI driving, they have no needs for theses things at all, so why waste your precious money on things that aren't needed. The time wasted in trying to remove things that are not needed just to get a little bit of extra money could be better used by getting a delivery job and making some money that way.
