To avoid spoilers I'll just say it is part of the new quests. I've done the quest that gives you this nuka cola but I can't seem to find the recipe in my inventory. Did you ever find it, because I cant find it either. I believe if you go to a chemistry workbench it'll be under healing with out needing to read a recipe.
Took me forever to get one. I seen the other recipes at least 2-3 times. Nuka Dark also counts as a pre-war alcohol, so the effect doubles with the alcohol perk card. #7. Amongst them is what appears to be a nuka-cola fountain. In the Appalachia spring trailer, there's a much closer look at these 3-4 new objects. My best guess is that it's a fountain that we'll be able to craft nuka-cola at, or a nuka-cola mixer for new drinks.
