It's a great game, but has serious technical issues (especially on consoles/ps3), and definitely shows it's age compared to fo4. But considering you should be able to get the ultimate edition for under $10, you don't really have anything to lose. That's a very good point about the price of the game. I should of stopped at Fallout 3, but I kept hoping Bethesda would of learned their lesson with each new game and fix the issues from the previous game. Guess I was wrong. Lesson learned: Never buy Bethesda games on PS3 again. On the plus side I got Fallout 3 and New Vegas dirt cheap during the Steam sale and Skyrim at 50% off. At Hidden Valley and the Remnants bunker, there is an earlier version of the New Vegas map, with the internal name of nv_pleximap01. It differs from the final retail Pip-Boy map in a number of ways: The map appears to be derived from height/topographical rather than satellite-style imagery of the actual world. Unless there's something different in 4.84 that would let you play it. Weird though, never had a game not work on .iso external before, if that's the case. I'll report back once I transfer it to internal and give it a whirl. Damn, same thing (hangs on black screen). Nothing left but to update to 4.84 rebug. Thanks for any support. I solved this sufficiently, actually MotionInJoy has a nice feature that forces the PS3 (and presumably other GCs) to mimic the readout of an X360 controller. Answer appears to be that FO:NV only supports X360 controller, so I had to trick it into thinking that was the device connected. Fallout New Vegas crashes about every 30 minutes for me on PC. I’ve tried every mix of compatibility options, fiddling with graphics settings, adjusting CPU core priority, installing stability mods, etc. but nothing works for me. zFBkqW. This may be my personal opnion but just imagine a fallout 3 and/or New Vegas remaster in Fallout 4’s mechanics of gameplay. Yes mods can get you close and stuff but an official remaster. Man that’d be great in my opinion. Personally I loved Fallout 3’s story, New Vegas’s world/items, and Fallout 4’s gameplay mechanics. Furthermroe, the lost controller message will now say Playstation 3 Controller, and the options Controls menu also has Playstation 3 Controller. Changes the Xbox Buttons and Messages to the PS3 interface and messages. Accepted Answer. Maximum level is 30. You'll get a perk every even number of level. You won't be able to get a 100 in all stats even if you started with 10 intelligence, educated perk and all skill books. To be honest, you don't need to anyways. fezter - 13 years ago - report. 0 2.
